Contact Details and How to Book (please read carefully)

Contact Details

Booking requests will only be considered when sent by e-mail to the address shown below. Your e-mail should contain your name, address, and the date and times that you wish to book. You must also include the name, address, and contact details of the person/company/group that will be paying for the booking.

 

A hirer should not arrive for their 'booking' unless they have received an e-mail from the Caretaker confirming the requested dates and times or other ad-hoc arrangements that may have been requested. It is the responsibility of the hirer to ensure that they have received their confirmation e-mail and that they have retained a copy of this, either online or hardcopy, for inspection, should a booking dispute arise on the day. The absence of a confirmation e-mail will be regarded as proof that no booking has been made, should there be a dispute.

Hall Charges

Charges for the hall are as follows:

Standard Rate is £20.00 per hour.

Reduced Rate for Island folk is £12.00 per hour.

For large, well attended events, such as dances, ceilidhs and celebrations etc. a charge of £25 per hour will apply from when the event begins to when the event ends. The committee reserves the right to charge as it deems fit depending on booking circumstances.
